It’s the New Year, and NOW it’s time to learn how to incorporate more healthy, plant-based and DELICIOUS foods into your life. Bird is a foodie, so she will discuss how she transitioned to going plant based while continuing to eat the foods she loves. You will begin the day with a gentle moving meditation designed to align your body for health and then experience a full day of plant-based cooking. Bird will show you how to make plant-based pancake variations loaded with nutrition, powerful green drinks to energize you for the day, a delicious and nutritious tortilla soup, her favorite substitute for a yummy chicken salad, amazing plant-based chocolate pudding without the sugar, her famous Queso dip that will please any crowd, and a couple delicious surprises. She will also share her favorite websites and cookbooks (including her own newly released plant-based cookbook) and discuss how you can eat plant based and still eat the food you have always loved! There will be plenty of food for a day full of delicious, nutritious eating.
