Before the holidays hit, learn how to make seitan, which is homemade plant-based meat. We will make turkey cutlets, seitan loafs that will be made into ground meat substitute and a soooooo delicious plant-based sage gravy. Food samples will be given. Seitan does contain gluten, so this is not a gluten-free class.
