75 min healing session – to include initial meeting to discuss any questions, concerns, and what the session will look like. I will walk you through a small, guided meditation then you will receive Reiki.

New Client Distant Reiki Treatment ($69.00) 1 hr

Distant Healing Session – you will receive distant Reiki healing at your scheduled appointment time. You will not be present during the session. We will connect via phone or email before your scheduled appointment to discuss actions taken on your end and actions taken by me on my end. At the scheduled appointment time, we will both be connecting from a distance in our own personal space. Once the session is concluded, we will connected via phone or email to discuss any follow up thoughts and shares for us both.

Is Reiki Right for You? 

There is no right or wrong answer. Reiki cannot hurt you or make things worse. If you feel something guiding you towards it, go for it. If you decide to wait - that's fine too! Allow the answer to come to you. Go with your feelings, your intuition and ask for guidance and trust that the perfect time will be clear to you when it's best.

How does Reiki work?

Although few people are aware of the Aura, most of us have sensed it already. For example, if someone comes to stand behind us surreptitiously, we just 'know' that someone is standing behind us and we turn to check if what we feel is true. In the same way, most people have sensed that some places 'feel' good or bad. There is often a childish desire to sit closer to someone we like, and at the same time we are very uncomfortable when someone we dislike steps too close to us. These are nothing but subconscious reactions to energy fields. 

So, just like we are capable of influencing people with our words depending on our intention, we are capable of influencing people with out energy - it's just that most of us are not taught how to do so. Similar to the magic of a mother's touch - we can tell the difference when she is running her hands through our hair out of love, or as a forced habit without any emotion. The touch, in both cases are the same - what makes the difference is the intention and energy. through Reiki, we use our intention to improve the energy fields of others.

Will it Work for Me?

There are a few common reasons which could cause Reiki to 'not work', and people who don't get the expected results are most likely doing or having at least one of the following: 

1. The Silver Bullet Mentality. Some people expect Reiki to just kick in and solve all their problems. That is not usualy what happens. Reiki is not a silver bullet and it doesn't work that way. The way it does work is, with practice, it will help you see your problems, and it will show you a way to solve them, or many times teach you to just let go of them - but in the end it will be YOU soving your own issues.

2. Impatience. Many people have unreasonable expectations and for some reason believe that Reiki is like a magic pill that you just take and you're fixed. Reiki takes time and its practice is much like growing plants, or children. Reiki is a way of life. Just like growing kids, little difference (if any) can be noticed from one day to the next. But when you look back at months and years of practice, the changes incurred are very obvious and profound.

3. Lack of Practice. Just like any other craft, the more you do it, the better you're at it. The energy channels are cleared with each session. The performance of an athlete who trains every day will be different from the performance of an athlete who trains once a week. the more you experience, the more healing and balance you will experience.

4. Approach. Reiki is a journey, not a destination. It should be approached as an exploration, as an expedition to discover new territory, new things, that will come in time. It's a continuous, transformational journey, filled with growth experiences and great learnings. There's always something new to learn and experience, and just when you thought you've reached the destination, the path to the next stage becomes clearer. 

5. Attachment to the Outcome. When giving or receiving Reiki, people tend to channel the energy towards a specific outcome, instead of a specific situation. For example, you may channel the energy intending to pass a specific job interview, instead of just sending the energy to the entire situation, being open to any outcome that serves the highest good of all involved. When channeling Reiki, detach yourselffrom any outcomes. Trust that Reiki is an intelligent energy that will find it's way to the highest good. 

How Does Distance Reiki Healing Work?

Reiki distance healing represents the ability to transfer the universal life force energy in time and space. You can do so for another person and even past or future events. Remember that we are all made out of energy and information that manifest into matter. Our thoughts are no different. Therefore, we have the ability to project them in time and space using intention. Considering that the physical plane intertwines with many higher and lower vibrational realms, this transfer happens almost instantly. At their core, thoughts and intentions manifest at the energetic level. This means that the physical principles we live by every day don't apply in these dimensions. This simple theory allows us to send Reiki at a distance. we can reach people who live on different continents, future events we want to support, and past episodes that require healing. Even though the transfer happens in an instant, the effects take time and perserverance to manifest. It's no different than the regular Reiki practice.

How to Use

 ~ 3 Easy Steps ~

First, center yourself with slow deep breaths, eyes closed, and a clear mind (connect to your Heart space)
